一、主办单位
由中共桐乡市委宣传部、桐乡市档案局、桐乡市文联主办，桐乡市档案馆、桐乡市摄影家协会具体承办。
二、主题内容
真实反映我市撤县设市20年来各个领域的变化、变迁和成就，既可以是大事件，也可以是小事件，包括经济建设、城市发展、新农村建设、百姓生活、风土人情及特别事件等各个方面。运用图片展示美丽桐乡的景象及经济社会发展的成就和人民富裕、和谐文明的面貌。
三、展事安排
作品征稿时间为即日起至2013年8月20日(以邮戳为准)。本次展览将由桐乡市委宣传部、桐乡市档案局、桐乡市文联、桐乡市摄影家协会组成评委会，对所寄送作品进行挑选，一经入选将参加于2013年10月举办的“桐乡撤县设市二十周年摄影作品展”，并给予一定稿酬。
四、参展细则
1.参展对象包括国内外摄影爱好者及社会各界人士。
2.参展作品题材、风格、表现手法不限，要求组照，每组2-4幅，充分反映作品同一主题不同年代产生的重大变化或者不同角度的诠释。
3.参展作品彩色、黑白均可。电脑合成与暗房特技制作的照片请特别注明。每幅作品背面要注明作品题目、拍摄地点、时间以及作者姓名、工作单位、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话，并附简短照片说明。
4.参展作品规格：标准矩形作品为长边10英寸(25厘米)；正方形作品为8英寸×8英寸(20厘米×20厘米)；异形作品面积不超过80平方英寸。如反转片拍摄，请洗成上述规格照片。所有选送作品请勿装裱。
每人选送作品数量不限，也可多人合作选送。组照按1件作品计算，用胶条按顺序连接。
5.请将每幅作品的底片以电子版形式刻盘一同寄往(老照片原始孤本等特殊原因除外)，要求：用TIFF格式的不小于50M，用压缩过的JPG格式不小于4M。
6.参展作品不收参展费，不退稿(仅有的原始件将归还)。有关作品肖像权、署名权、著作权等法律责任由作者自负。
